The process

Submit your application
Complete the short online form — no documents needed to apply. Most people finish in under five minutes.

Pay the application fee
Application fees range from 5,000 to 50,000 FCFA depending on your programme tier (see the fee schedule below). Payments are made through the bank.

Short interview
A brief chat with our admissions team — in person on campus or by phone. We confirm your documents with you at this stage.

Decision & confirm your seat
We share your decision by phone or email within a few days. Accept your offer and pay the first tuition installment to lock in your seat.

Finance
Payment policy
All tuition payments follow these official SAUI guidelines.
- Tuition may be paid in one or two installments.
- The first installment must be at least 60% of the tuition.
- The final installment must be completed before 31 March.
- All payments are made through the bank.
- Students must submit the original payment receipt and two photocopies for verification.
- No money should be handed directly to any individual.
- Students should use their full name exactly as it appears on their birth certificate.
